I had the honor to work as a UI Designer for the relaunch of the “UN Volunteers” website while I was still employed at ]init[ AG. I entered the project during the second phase, where a lot of the UI and UX elements were already designed, and my team needed me to provide design support for expanding the existing pattern library and the icon set. 

The scope of the project was to refresh the UN website, using a friendly, modern yet reliable and professional look. Following the brand guidelines and existing design elements, I designed new page elements, modules, and icons. I was also in charge of designing and establishing the responsive behaviour of the website. 

The design team consisted of me and a colleague of mine, the creative director at ]init[ AG, who was also the art director and the coordinator of the project within the design team.
